Dr. Vincent Kwan
Director
Dr. Kwan holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Hong Kong University, a Master of Commerce from Hitotsubashi University, Japan, and a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. With extensive business experience and academic contributions, he serves on various professional bodies and committees while actively participating in social and public affairs.
Dr. Kelvin Ho
President
President of Frasertec since 2005, Dr. Ho holds a Bachelor's in Science from Hong Kong Baptist University, dual Master's degrees from the University of Essex and the University of South Australia, and is pursuing a PhD. With extensive IT and project management experience since 1991, he leads the company's strategic planning and cross-divisional collaboration. Recognized by Hong Kong Economic Times as a "Smart Businessman," he contributes to education as a lecturer and actively participates in social initiatives.
